Once we have received all the required site information we take 1-2 weeks to finalise designs and make submissions to DNSPs

Each DNSP takes a different amount of time to approve a submitted application. It can vary from 10 days to 8 weeks. The size of the project and its complexity can affect how long it takes.

Each DNSP has different costs for assessing the application. We advise the estimated costs that are expect to be incurred prior to submission. All application fee’s as passed through without markup.

We have a network of grid board manufactures that we are able to recommend base on your grid protection needs.

We will provide a site inspection checklist of all the required information we need to finalise the submission. This includes;
Authority to Act Form, SLD Sketch, Panel & Inverter Data Sheets, Site photos, aerial site layout and customer contact details.

The DNSPs own the poles and wires and when planning to connect a commercial solar system over 30 kW on the AC side a request must be made to them. This is Australia-wide and is referenced in various Australian electrical standards.

We recommend waiting to receive approval prior to proceeding with the installation. No system should be turned on without prior written approval
